Mite Development Program and Learn to Skate Program

 

Haverhill Veterans Memorial (High School Rink)

The Little Predators are now accepting registrations for the Mite Development Program and the Learn to Skate Program.  These programs will be The New England Predators Hockey Program and practices will be held at the Haverhill Veterans Memorial Rink (High School rink).   Program starts September 9th and ends the last week in February.

What makes the Little Predators Program a Great Place for any young Hockey Player?

Instructors include The New England Predator Coaching Staff (our coaches have had extensive training and experience coaching children at this age and ability level).

Instructor / Coaches that understand how to motivate any child/skater by being creative and fun with just the right amount of competitiveness.

It is our goal to afford the opportunity to as many young athletics to experience the support of hockey.

 

Players will receive:

Mites

  • Year born:  2007, 2008 & 2009’s
  • Practice on set day and set time per week, Wednesday & Friday’s from 5:00PM to 5:50PM and on Sunday’s from 3:00PM to 4:00PM at the Haverhill Veterans Memorial Rink (Haverhill High School rink)  (Wednesday and Friday practices ends November 27th) Sunday practices will continue until the end of February.
  • 6 to 8 Full Ice games USA Hockey rules
  • One (1) half-ice Jamboree Tournament
  • he New England Predators do not have control on times for the away games
  • Each player is responsible for registering with USA Hockey before the season starts.
  • Price for the 2015/2016 season is $1,000.00
 

 

Mite Development Hockey Program (Learn to Play)

Learn to Skate Program

  • Year Born:  2007, 2008, & 2009 year born

  • Ages 4- 10 years old

  • One practice per week (1/2 sheet ice) – Haverhill High School rink

  • One practice per week

  • Wednesday & Friday nights at 5:00PM

  • Sunday’s at 3:00PM at Haverhill Veterans Memorial (Haverhill High School Rink)

  • Sunday at 3:00PM

  • A New England Predator practice shirt

  • 12-15 games against other teams.  Games will be played at Peabody Pro Skills Rink at Route 1 South, 216 Newbury Street (in rear entrance beside Namco Pools) and Haverhill Veterans Memorial Rink (Haverhill High School rink)

  • No skating ability required – this is for players who want to learn how to skate

  • A New England Predator practice shirt

  • All players must register with USA Hockey before the season

  • All players must register with USA Hockey before the season

  • All learn to skate must have helmet with a cage to participate

  • Basic Skating ability is required as this is a program geared toward an introduction to beginning hockey.  Full equipment is required

  • Cost:  $250.00

  • Cost:  $600.00
